'Maker Camp' at the Library, Hear From a Wolf Expert

Plenty of fun things to do in your area Tuesday!

Here's a look at a few things happening around town on Tuesday, August 6: 

  • Teens can attend a 'maker camp' at the Woodbury Public Library Tuesday and deisgn "squishy circuits" with conductive dough, light up robot pins and other LEGO projects. 
  • Director of the Wolf Conservation Center in South Salem, NY, will introduce the film 'In the Valley of the Wolves' an Emmy Award-winning film by Bob Landis in the Lamar Valley of Yellowstone, and lead a discussion afterwards, at New Morning Market on Tuesday. 
  • Using a variety of materials, students can create a mixed media mermaid collage - or under the sea collage as part of the "Beneath the Surface" summer reading program for grades 6 -12.
