Kurt Podgwaite, 41, of Cheshire, was charged with loitering on school grounds on June 19 at approximately 9 p.m.
According to police, Podgwaite was taken into custody for a separate charge in West Hartford and it was discovered he was facing the loitering charge for an incident on Judd Road in Southbury in May.
Podgwaite was transported to Southbury and released on $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on September 26.Â
