Middlebury Surgeon Arrested On Sex Assault Charges
A Middlebury surgeon is facing accusations that he sexually assaulted a former employee.
MIDDLEBURY, CT — A Middlebury surgeon has been arrested on charges that he sexually assaulted a former employee, The Waterbury Republican-American reported. Dr. Guiseppi Tripodi, 69, of Middlebury Surgical, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault.
Tripodi is accused of grabbing a former employee's breasts, crotch, and buttocks, along with other allegations. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges and his attorney told the Republican-American that he has said there is "not one bit of truth" to them.
