Middlebury Woman Charged With Larceny
The following arrest information was supplied by the Southbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Anastasia Persico, 39, of Middlebury, was charged with larceny on June 19 at approximately 9:30 a.m.
According to police, Persico surrendered herself to the Southbury Police Department after learning of a warrant for her arrest. The warrant stemmed from an offense that occurred between May 2012 and March 2013 on Flag Swamp Road in Southbury.
Persico was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 9.Â
