Neighbors Oppose Apartment Proposal In Woodbury: Report

WOODBURY, CT — A group of concerned neighbors are opposing a developer's bid to construct 12, 1-bedroom units on a 3.5-acre parcel at 219 Main Street, the Republican-American reports.

Neighbors at a recent meeting cited traffic and safety concerns saying there is a dangerous curve near Route 6 and the development would exacerbate the situation.

The topic will be discussed again at the May 28 Planning Commission meeting.
