I am very excited to offer you a new Pet Portraiture demonstration experience - via Zoom! I hope you join me as I paint an Oil Sketch portrait of a PET from scratch! I will explain my process as I work along and invite your questions! You will be able to post questions in "chat".

Will YOUR Pet be my demonstration painting? Please send a good quality photo of your Pet's head and shoulders to: artist@shawnalee.com or artistshawnalee@gmail.com with subject line "Pet pic for Demo - Pet's name & breed" . If your Pet is selected, you will receive a FREE digital photo of the artwork to print or share on your social media! The original work of art will be offered at a significant discount for two weeks post the demonstration.

Zoom ~ a private invitation to join will be sent to all registered guests two days before the demonstration. Please sign up early as Eventbrite sometimes takes a few minutes to send you your ticket. Please download Zoom prior to the secure demonstration meeting.
ShawnaLee W. Kwashnak offers quality portraits of animals, children, homes and landscapes in Charcoal, Graphite or Traditional Oils. Her work has a vintage realism appeal that blends the mastery of yesteryear with modern aesthetics. All of her work is done by hand along with the expertise that comes from a lifetime of dedication to the arts. She has been providing Free Drawing and Painting demonstrations throughout the Covid-19 shutdown and recently completed a Pandemic Portrait Art Class supported by a Grant from the state of CT office for the arts/artist's respond. Recent works include the Ridgefield Suffrage portrait of Amy Escribano and a Pandemic Series in addition to commissions. ShawnaLee offers private and small group art lessons throughout the year.
