Regional School District 15 Kindergarten Registration Is Now Open

We are excited for you to join the Region 15 Family!

Parents/Guardians of children in Regional School District 15 who will begin Kindergarten in the 2021-22 school year should begin the registration process now. In Connecticut, a child who is 5-years old before January 1, 2021 can register for Kindergarten for the 2021-22 school year. Regional School District 15 serves students in Middlebury and Southbury, CT.

Parents/Guardians are required to complete an online form to begin the registration process. The Kindergarten Initial Student Registration Form can be accessed here.

All Parents/Guardians are invited to learn about Region 15’s Kindergarten program at the Region 15 Virtual Kindergarten Orientation on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. Information on how to participate will be emailed to families and posted on the Region 15 district website. The virtual meeting will also be recorded for families to watch later.

To complete the Kindergarten Registration process, each student will participate in an individual appointment. Elementary schools will reach out to families for appointment dates. At this time, appointments will be scheduled in early June. Additional details will be forthcoming.
