Woodbury Plans To Purchase $400,000 Property

WOODBURY, CT — The Board of Selectmen is offering $400,000 for a 21-acre parcel on Middle Road Turnpike and White Deer Rocks, according to The Waterbury Republican-American. The lot is surrounded by stone walls and across the street from Strong Field, where residences will be constructed.

The land had been previously offered to the town for $550,000 in 2016. Town officials said the property could be used as a municipal property or town building.
