WOODBURY, CT - A Woodbury resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in her home town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On November 24, Juliette Galeas Carrasco, of Woodbury, purchased a Bingo Night ticket from the Woodbury Shell Food Mart and won $20,000.
