Wilmington City government offices will be closed on Monday, July 5, 2021, for the Independence Day holiday.  As a result, the Department of Public Works’ Sanitation Division will collect recyclables on a modified holiday schedule:

- Monday, July 5: HOLIDAY/No trash collection
- Tuesday, July 6: East of I-95 trash collection
- Wednesday, July 7: West of I-95 trash collection
Collection of recyclables will continue as regularly scheduled on Thursday, July 8 for areas east of I-95 and on Friday, June 9 for areas west of I-95.
