The Delaware Wrestling Alliance Recognizes and Congratulates The Following Outstanding Youth Wrestlers

DIAMOND STATE AWARD WINNERS (Previously Triple Crown Awards)
DELAWARE YOUTH WRESTLER OF THE YEAR
#1 - Trevor Copes of the Henlopen Hammers earned the top spot among Delaware’s youth wrestlers this season and was named the Delaware Youth Wrestler of the Year. Copes entered and won all seven Diamond State Award qualifying tournaments, he was the only wrestler to complete this feat. Copes earned the maximum 21 points.
#2 - Franklin Norris of the Middletown Wrestling Club finished second in the Diamond State Award series. Norris won six tournaments and ended the season taking second place at the final tournament of the season. Norris earned 20 points.
#3 - Malachi Stratton of the Henlopen Hammers entered six of the Diamond State Award tournaments and won all six. Stratton tallied 18 points in the series of tournaments.
#4 - Blake Twilley of McDonald Wrestling Academy won five tournaments and finished second at another to finish in fourth for the Diamond State Award. Twilley earned 17 points.
#5 - Jerusalem Howard of the Henlopen Hammers won four tournaments and finished second twice earning 16 points and fifth in the Diamond State Award standings. Howard was a 2019 Triple Crown winner.

#8 - J.J. Haddock – Henlopen Hammers – 14

Connor Ridgeway – Dover – 14

#12 – Tanner Brennan – McDonald Wrestling Academy – 13
Jamen Haliburton – Middletown Wrestling Club -13
Nick Walker – Henlopen Hammers – 13
Jayvon Chandler – McDonald Wrestling Academy – 13
Cael DeNigris – Smyrna – 14
Cody Bakhsh – Middletown Wrestling Club – 13
#18 – E.J. Iriarte – Caesar Rodney Young Riders – 12
Stanley Pete – Laurel – 12
Blake Walker – Henlopen Hammers – 12
Santino Sianni – Middletown Wrestling Club – 12
Carter Davis – Tyrant Wrestling - 12
