The State of Delaware’s Department of Transportation (DelDOT) is embarking on a two-year reconstruction project to refurbish and resurface a portion of Interstate 95 that runs through the City of Wilmington. Pre-construction projects are underway, and the actual restoration of the corridor begins on Monday, March 1.
This project has a lot of moving parts or phases. It’s important that you know what is planned, when things will occur, and how all of it will affect your travels. The only way to know how best to get around and be able to react to the various phases of the project is to pay attention to the project regularly!
