Mayor Mike Purzycki and City Finance Director J. Brett Taylor have announced the extension of the City’s parking ticket amnesty program until Sunday, February 28, 2021. The City is offering violators of city parking regulations additional time to clear their record for any ticket issued between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2019.
To take advantage of this program, which began January 1, ticket holders can pay their parking tickets at face value, with all penalties waived. Only tickets issued in the years 2017, 2018, and 2019 are eligible for the program. Again, payment of the original fine amount will satisfy the full amount due.
Payment for parking violations can be made online at www.wilmingtonparkingtickets.com.
