Eno Azur Opens Up Outdoor Patio, Indoor Dining In Georgetown

The French Riviera pop-up features Executive Chef Sébastien​​ Giannini's favorite recipes from his native home ​Côte d'Azur​.

GEORGETOWN, DC — After Bourbon Steak temporarily shut down, the team at Four Seasons Hotel developed Eno Azur, a French Riviera pop-up featuring Executive Chef Sébastien Giannini's favorite recipes from his native home Côte d’Azur. Chef Sebastien has worked in various Michelin-starred restaurants, specializing in classical French cuisine with a French Riviera flair, before his arrival in DC.

Outdoor dining on the terraces is available along with indoor dining Wednesday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and weekends from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Menu highlights include zucchini blossom fritters, sausage stuffed roasted vegetables, Niçoise salad, Mediterranean branzino with fennel, and lobster spaghetti flambéed with pastis.
