“The Georgetown Christmas Tree Farm was inspired by the duty of service to the Georgetown community that lives within the walls of the property,” says Marcus A. Loevenforst, General Manager, in a news release. “The building served as an industrial factory in the 1930s supported and operated by some of the original residents of the area. We are pleased to continue our historic commitment to Georgetown offering residents a one-of-a-kind holiday experience combining the legendary hospitality of The Ritz-Carlton with the farmstead expertise of Bees & Trees Farm.”
Bees & Trees Farm is a family-owned and operated farm founded in 2013 spanning over 40 acres of rolling countryside in the heart of Piedmont, Virginia. Owners Jeff and Teresa Gregson have morphed the grounds into a budding respite in the community of Culpeper selling local wines, craft beers, fresh brown eggs, locally raised Angus beef and a number of Bees & Trees Farm branded products in their Farm Store open throughout the year.

Over the past five years, the Gregsons have cultivated a thoughtful line of artisan products inspired by the farm’s rich heritage including flavorful jams, decadent butters and sweet syrups. Set behind a backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the farm raises hundreds of Christmas Trees throughout the year and has launched a cut-flower operation - Sarah’s Garden - which will begin selling to the public in the spring of 2019.
Customers of The Georgetown Christmas Tree Farm will receive complimentary valet parking, hot chocolate and cider in The Living Room lobby and loading assistance as a part of their buying experience. In addition, they will receive a complimentary safety package that protects their car and safely secures their tree for travel. Pre-cut trees will be available beginning at a height of six feet in addition to a curated collection of product and gifts available for purchase.
