A dream a decade in the making, the business opened at 3210 Grace St in March of 2020 – just days before the pandemic was declared. Wendell pivoted in every way possible to not only keep his doors open, but become the go-to-guy for every cut and type of meat you can imagine – plus seafood and grocery items.
