As you walk up my staircase, you see a 50th wedding anniversary photo of my great grandparents with their 10 children and spouses and their first grandchild. There are photos of my grandparents on their wedding day, as a young married couple, and with their children. Mixed in are my parents and my husband’s parents as children and their own weddings as well as my own wedding photo and our annual family photos. Our children have grown up watching images of themselves join the gallery and I hope they carry the tradition forward with their own families.
