GEORGETOWN, DC — Bring out the claws, 'cause it's lobstah time!

Eater has released its list of "14 Luscious Lobster Rolls to Sample This Summer," and — let me tell you — everything looks amazing. Most of the restaurants on the list are in the District. The two Georgetown restaurants that made the cut: America Eats Tavern and Fiola Mare.

Located at 3139 M St. NW, American Eats Tavern is José Andrés' third iteration of the restaurant. And when it comes to lobster rolls, the famous globe-trotting chef wants them to be traditionally prepared, Eater reports. That means you'll get a warm, buttery lobster and a side of fries. Yum.

Over at Fiola Mare, a fine dining destination just steps from Georgetown's waterfront, the lobster rolls are served in a spicy calabrese aioli with roasted tomato. The restaurant is located at 3050 K St. NW.
