Man Accused Of Recording Underneath Minor's Skirt In Georgetown

GEORGETOWN, DC — Detectives from the Youth and Family Services Division of the Metropolitan Police Department arrested a man for voyuerism and the sexual abuse of a minor Monday in Georgetown, according to a police release.

MPD arrested Abdul Muhammad, of no fixed address, after they say he unlawfully used a cellphone around 4 p.m., to record underneath minor's skirt in the 1000 block of Wisconsin Avenue, N.W. Police charged Muhammad with voyeurism and misdemeanor sexual abuse of a minor.
