New Cocktail Lounge & Restaurant Opens

For those looking to spend everything they saved by not going out in 2020, may we interest you in some Thursday night caviar? Cocktail bar Donahue recently opened at 1338 Wisconsin Avenue NW, featuring Prohibition classes and drinks with a twist, like the Oaxaca Italiano with mezcal, yellow chartreuse, and Campari. Another cocktail features infused rose air. We don’t know what that means but we’ll drink it. Pair your sips with a seafood tower, oysters and sashimi, or opt for an a la carte appetizer straight from Spain – cured Iberian ham. A private room is available in the back of the upscale lounge, and an outdoor patio space will open later this spring.
