St. Patrick's Day Revelers Can Get Free Ride Home

Plan on attending a few St. Patrick’s Day parties where adult beverages will be served this weekend? Don’t have a designated driver and you end up having one too many?

One thing you do not want to do is drink and drive! Thanks to Lyft and the Washington Regional Alcohol Program (WRAP), you can call for a free ride home via their SoberRide Program.

To use this service, download the Lyft app to your smartphone and enter the applicable code in the app’s "Promo" section. It's valid for up to $15 off one ride home. This offer is valid for new and existing Lyft users. You must be 21 or older to use the SoberRide service.

WRAP’s St. Patrick’s Day promo code for Lyft will be posted at 2 p.m. Saturday on the SoberRide webpage.

Make sure you keep the number handy if you will be out drinking this weekend. The St. Patrick’s Day SoberRide program will be available from 4 p.m. Saturday until 4 a.m. Sunday.
