GEORGETOWN, DC — The owner of the Washington Wizards and Capitals premiere luxury condo just hit the market for $3.2 million.

Ted Leonsis's two-bedroom unit is in the building that used to house the Wormley School, built in 1885. Encore Custom Homes renovated the space in 2008.

The 2,500 square-foot condo features high ceilings, extra large windows and two parking spots in a private, underground garage.
