Brasserie Liberté is a modern French eatery with an American twist located in the heart of Georgetown with a menu that reflects the food of both cuisines. Bastille Day is a holiday celebrating the storming of the Bastille, a military fortress and prison, on July 14, 1789, in an uprising that helped usher in the French Revolution.
