VintageVulgar is the most recent addition at Concept 31/M – the retail lab at 3077 M Street that serves as a creative platform for a rotating selection of brands. Open through June, the pop-up is run by a vintage collector and circular fashion supporter who buys recycled clothes only. VintageVulgar carries every level of unique vintage and circulated fashion pieces, including haute couture. Visit them Wednesday – Sunday, 11am – 6pm.
