Built in 1923, Kew Gardens is an apartment complex that offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. For $2,886 a month, you can get a two-bedroom apartment with newly renovated hardwood floors. You'll also get access to: the English-style community courtyard, a private balcony or patio, and the fitness center.

1252 Wisconsin Ave. NW, Unit 301

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is renting for $3,300 per month. It was built in 2018 and comes with stainless steel appliances, exposed brick walls, engineered-wood floors, and an in-unit washer and dryer system.

3225 Grace St. NW Apt. 108

At 3225 Grace St. NW, you're just steps away from some of the best shops and restaurants in Georgetown. Apartment 108 features two bedrooms, new flooring, a renovated kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the canal. The price: $3,000 per month.
