17-Time DC Wammie-Award Winner ERIC SCOTT Drops "Peace Bomb"
The video shows the true sign of the times

DC's own Neo-soul/RnB master Eric Scott is about to drop a "Peace Bomb", the title-track and official music video from his forthcoming 5th studio album of the same name. The song is a message of peace and love that this world desperately needs right now, and the video stars a child playing music and using his imagination as an escape from the messed-up world of adults.
Singer/songwriter/bassist Eric Scott has toured with B.B. King, Mavis Staples, Aaron Neville, REO Speedwagon, Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters, and award-winning blues/jazz artist Deanna Bogart.
"I'm proud to be a DC born and raised musician. There's always been a big presence of soul, funk, and RnB music here...which I believe naturally led to the offshoot of our own homegrown sound...Go Go music. The percussive elements of Go Go are a part of your DNA if you're from DC, and they've really come out in my latest releases, especially on 'Peace Bomb'. Because DC is such a melting pot, it's a challenge to find your place with support. But I've made a living as a professional here because it offers many opportunities to play original music and top venues. The Washington Area Music Association (WAMA) is very supportive of original artists and has thrived over the years, awarding artists the DC version of a Grammy, called 'Wammies,' in many categories. I'm proud to be a 17-time Wammie winner, including a 2020 'Best Pop Album' award for The Charm City Sessions." - Eric Scott
