The popular Northwest DC pizza parlor 2Amy's is closed indefinitely​ after a pipe burst in the heart of their restaurant.

WASHINGTON, DC — The popular Northwest DC pizza parlor 2Amy's is closed indefinitely after a pipe burst in the heart of their restaurant.

The company posted to their Facebook page Tuesday morning that a water pipe burst during the middle of the night.

The kitchen was under five-inches of water, the post said.

"It’s going to take us awhile to regroup, rebuild, reopen. how long? weeks, for sure. hopefully not months. fingers crossed," the post reads.

2Amys Neapolitan Pizzeria is located at 3715 Macomb St. NW.
