Car Stolen With Dog Inside It In Northeast DC: Police

Police are asking for the public's help finding a car that was stolen from Northeast DC with a dog named Bella inside.

WASHINGTON, DC — Police are asking for the public's help finding a stolen car with a dog named Bella inside.

The car was stolen from their residence in the 1100 block of West Virginia Ave. NE, police said.
