Deep Throat, that he wanted to meet as he investigated the Watergate break-in that eventually led to the resignation of President Richard Nixon. The Washington Post reports that offers are due today on the historic unit.

When Felt wanted to signal to The Washington Post reporter he was ready to meet, he would circle page 20 in the newspaper that was delivered to the building's lobby each day.

The unit is located in the Webster House, which was constructed in 1968.
