An early morning crash near the Lincoln Memorial reportedly is snarling traffic.
WASHINGTON, DC — Drivers taking the I-66 inbound ramp to Independence Avenue SW near the Lincoln Memorial should be aware of a crash in the area causing significant traffic problems for the Monday morning commute.
WTOP Traffic reports that the ramp is blocked by the crash, resulting in delays.
