WASHINGTON, DC — Video posted to social media shows D.C. police towing a van with climate protesters still straddling the roof.

"This is not safe!" one man repeatedly screams as an officer yells at him to get out of the street. Others can be heard screaming as well as police shouted warnings back.

"You cannot do this, this is not OK!" another woman can be heard screaming as the tow truck begins to pull the van.
