WASHINGTON, DC — A U Street Corridor wine bar and restaurant will close this weekend, according to a report.

The Washingtonian reports that Vinoteca, located at 1940 11th Street NW, will close on Sunday, Nov. 24, after 12 years of operations.

However, all is not lost: owner Paul Carlson plans to transform the space into a new concept with his team from another restaurant he owns, according to the report.
