Homeless Man Found Dead In Sewer System: Reports

A body found in a sewer system at a pumping station last month ​was identified as a homeless man known to social workers, NBC says.

WASHINGTON, DC — A body found in a sewer system at a pumping station in Northwest D.C. was identified as a homeless man known to social workers, according to reports.

The body was found at about 5:10 a.m. May 15 at the Potomac Pumping Station, located near the Kennedy Center at 2400 E Street NW.

NBC Washington reports the body was identified as a homeless man.
