Huge $100 Million Apartment Complex Coming to Northeast DC

The modern-industrial building will be a block from the NoMa-Gallaudet Red Line Metro station, and will have a rooftop pool.

WASHINGTON, DC — A massive new $100 million apartment community called "The Highline" will be coming to 320 Florida Avenue NE, and it will feature 318 "luxury" apartment homes as well as 10,000 square feet of first floor retail space.

Federal Capital Partners has entered into a joint venture with Level 2 Development and Clark Enterprises on the project, which will involve constructing a 12-story modern-industrial building inspired by New York's meatpacking district, according to a statement from the developers posted by Popville.

“The Highline is an exciting opportunity in one of the most vibrant and exciting submarkets of Washington, DC,” Wade Casstevens, FCP Senior Vice President, said in the statement. “We are particularly pleased to be developing this extraordinary project with Level 2 Development and Clark Enterprises, both strong local companies who have done an exceptional job of designing and planning The Highline over the last few years."
