Inside Ivanka Trump's Lavish New DC Mansion [PHOTOS]
The soon-to-be first daughter and the Obamas are going to be neighbors, and now you can see what Ivanka Trump's new abode looks like.
WASHINGTON, DC — Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, have chosen a new house in the Kalorama neighborhood of D.C., just a couple blocks from where the Obamas will be living after Jan. 20, when her father is inaugurated as president. But what does this luxurious new home, which sold for $5.5 million in late December, look like on the inside? Thanks to Realtor.com, we can take a peek.
The house is located at 2449 Tracy Place NW (click here to see just how close that is to the Obamas' house at 2446 Belmont Road NW). Ivanka Trump is accustomed to luxury, and this home certainly has plenty of that.
The mansion boasts lots of space inside, as you would imagine for that price tag. It also features a minimalist style and a fairly nondescript kitchen — at least for a $5.5 million property.

The formal dining area includes a fireplace at one end, and there's a fireplace in the master bedroom as well, as well as a deck and awesome views of the surrounding neighborhood.
With six bedrooms, there will be plenty of space for Trump and Kushner's three kids, 5-year-old Arabella Rose, 3-year-old Joseph Frederick and 9-month-old Theodore James.

It's definitely an upgrade in terms of space over the four-bedroom condo in Manhattan, Realtor.com says. The house has an extra two bedrooms and 6,870 square feet.
