Nationals World Series Bus Spotted In Philly
One of the Washington Nationals parade buses was seen cruising the streets of Bryce Harper's new home on Sunday.

WASHINGTON, DC — Is this intentional trolling or just a coincidence? There's been a couple of reports of one of the Washington Nationals' World Series parade buses driving around in Philadelphia a day after the celebration in D.C.
Dan McQuade, a writer for Philadelphia Magazine, posted a picture of the fully decked out bus with the caption, "Now this is just rude."
As you may recall, Bryce Harper abandoned D.C. for Philly in the offseason for a record 13-year, $330 million contract, making the presence of the bus a little more troll-ish than usual.

Plenty of Twitter users were ready to make Bryce Harper jokes, and applaud what they saw as a deliberate attempt to rub Philly's nose in their division rival's World Series title.

However, one user noted a more likely scenario: the bus company simply didn't have time to remove the decorations from the bus before it had to complete another job in the Philly area. After all, Big Bus, which owns and operates the buses, runs tours in 23 cities across four continents.
Still, it was certainly a satisfying sight for any Nats fan caught up in the offseason Harper drama.
The Nationals defeated the Houston Astors in seven games in the World Series, clinching their first-ever title -- and the first in D.C. in 95 years -- in a dramatic Game 7 in which they were trailing as late as the 7th inning. A Howie Kendrick two-run home run off the foul pole in right field proved to be the World Series winning hit, and sparked a celebration that continues Monday with a visit to the White House for the team.
