Capitol Police Clear Suspicious Package Found Near DNC: Report
This is the third time since Wednesday's violent siege that authorities have investigated suspicious packages near the U.S. Capitol.
WASHINGTON, DC — Police have given the all-clear after a suspicious package was discovered Saturday morning south of the U.S. Capitol near the Democratic National Committee headquarters.
According to a report by FOX 5, police were conducting the investigation in the 400 block of South Capitol Street Southwest near the Fairchild Building.
This marked the third time since Wednesday's violent siege that authorities have investigated suspicious packages near the U.S. Capitol.

Meanwhile, the FBI is still searching for a suspect they say planted two pipe bombs near the Capitol on Wednesday. Police found and safely detonated the bombs near the Republican and Democratic national headquarters.
