Power Outages Causing Problems On Capitol Hill: Reports
Residents reportedly are growing frustrated with continual power outages in the Capitol Hill neighborhood.
WASHINGTON, DC — Repeated power outages have become a problem lately in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, according to reports.
Popville cited messages over the weekend indicating that power went out multiple times, and Pepco crews have been trying to restore power after the latest incident.
Twitter user Emma Thomas said it was the fourth time this week.

Others also chimed in to complain about the situation. One even noted that power went out twice in one day.
