Via Sophia Gets Ready For Grand Reopening In Downtown D.C.
Via Sophia, an Italian restaurant in the Hamilton Hotel, is reopening on April 2, with meals available for both takeout and indoor dining.
WASHINGTON, DC — Via Sophia, an Italian restaurant in the Hamilton Hotel in downtown D.C., is reopening on April 2, with meals available for both takeout and restaurant dining.
The restaurant, known for its wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with items also available to order from its bar and pizza menu. Beverages will include many types of beer on tap, four specialty cocktails and a list of Italian wines.
As part of the reopening, Via Sophia will have a new 20-seat patio. Until it reopens, customers also can order Via Sophia for delivery on DoorDash, Grubhub, or Uber Eats.

Hamilton Hotel, at 14th and K Street, recently underwent major renovations. The hotel has 318 rooms and a redesigned lobby. The hotel’s cocktail bar, Society, also will be open for additional seating.
