WASHINGTON, DC — The icy cold temperatures have caused a water main break on 16th Street NW, causing some traffic issues Monday morning.

WTOP Traffic reports that the break happened between Whittier Place and Van Buren Street NW in the southbound lanes.

Traffic is being forced to keep right.
