Boca Raton Woman Charged With Threatening To Kill FBI Agents
Suzanne Kaye, known as "ANGRY Patriot Hippie," swigs cinnamon Jack Daniel's, threatens to shoot agents in profanity-laden video.
BOCA RATON, FL — A 59-year-old Boca Raton woman faces federal criminal charges for making an interstate communication threatening to kill FBI agents, according to a news release from the Department of Justice.
The Palm Beach County resident, Suzanne Kaye, was arrested Friday.
The FBI received a tip on Jan. 16 that Kaye posted to her Facebook page, “ANGRY Patriot Hippie,” that she participated in the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol building riot, the DOJ said.

When agents called her Jan. 28 to interview her about traveling to Washington, D.C. the day of the riot, Kaye asked if they had proof she had been there and denied making the trip, the DOJ said. She told the agents that she knew of others who had been there, though. She also agreed to speak with the FBI and provided her current address.
Several days later, on Jan. 31 around 10:38 p.m., Kaye shared a profanity-laden video to her Facebook page where she threatened to shoot FBI agents if they came to her house, the DOJ said. Though the video has been removed from Facebook, it can still be viewed on her TikTok and Instagram pages.

She starts the video by saying, “Friends, I’m here to let you know I need a drink,” and she swigs from a bottle of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire, a cinnamon-flavored whiskey, throughout her rant.
In the video, Kaye shares with viewers that she recently received a call from the FBI regarding her recent visit to Washington, D.C.
“I told them, ‘Bro, I ain’t gonna talk to you unless I have counsel, and being that I can’t afford counsel right now, you’re gonna have to arrest me so I can exercise my rights to counsel,” she said. “’And being that you don’t even know where I live and you have to ask me, I ain’t talking to you either.’”
Kaye added, “I’m an American. I know my f------ rights. My First Amendment right to free speech. My Second Amendment right to carry a gun, to shoot your f------ a--- if you come to my house. So, f--- you. F--- you following me. I don’t f------ care. I’m glad you know who I am, motherf-----.”
She made her initial appearance before a federal judge in West Palm Beach. A bond hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
