FL Heroes: Help Patch Recognize Those Making A Difference

FLORIDA — The adage "not all heroes wear capes" is one that's true now more than ever as we continue to deal with the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. We want to hear about the "heroes" who are helping your Florida community get through these difficult times.

Patch has partnered with Ring to shine a spotlight on the neighborhood heroes who are making a difference in their communities, whether it's the clerk at your local grocery store who went above and beyond to help you, the nurse who tended a sick family member or the stranger who showed you a moment of kindness.

We've already told the stories of a Lakeland resident who has sewn more than 2,000 masks with all the proceeds going to Lakeland Regional TICU, and the leader of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay for her dedication to families with sick children.
