These 10 FL Preemies In Halloween Costumes Are Just Delicious
Fun-sized costumes offer comfort to parents of newborn preemies in Tallahassee.

TALLAHASSEE, FL — Good things continue to come in small packages, even in 2020.
These 10 bundles of joy, born at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare hospital, were dressed up and photographed by neonatal intensive care nurses in an effort to make an uncertain time "so special for these little ones’ families," the hospital said.
One in 10 newborns is treated in a NICU unit. At Tallahassee Memorial, that's approximately 600 babies a year.

And each Halloween, night nurses show off their crafting skills on hand-hewn costumes for preemie babies in the hospital's two NICU units.
"Having a new baby in the NICU can sometimes make the holidays feel a little less merry, but our amazing team works to make the environment as comfortable as possible for our babies and families – including bringing the festive fun to them!"the hospital said in a statement.
