Perry arrived for a party at the kid-favorite restaurant around 5:30 p.m. Saturday with a group of nine children and six adults.

She began to clean up and gather all of the other children around 9:30 p.m., according to arrest documents.

Perry was holding her eldest daughter when she left the restaurant with her group about 9:40 p.m.

"She did not realize [her son] was missing until she arrived at her home in Riviera Beach, Florida," arrest documents explained. "Perry advised it was a mistake stating that the children and adults carpooled in several cars and were not accounted for when existing Chuck E. Cheese's."

Police were called at 10:12 p.m. They said that the child was found by another mother sitting in a booth by himself. That mother was there with her own children and alerted the restaurant manager.
