FDOT Continues Light Project In Aventura

Next week, the contractor will continue work along the SR 7/US 441/NW 7 Avenue and the SR 5/US 1/Biscayne Boulevard corridors.

ONGOING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES

Monday, March 30 through Friday, April 3, 2020

Lighting, electrical and foundation activities

Construction Activity

• Continuing to upgrade light fixtures and installing new pull boxes, and lighting conductors throughout the corridors.
• Pouring concrete and installing light poles along NW 7 Avenue between 186 Street to 199 Street and US 1/Biscayne Boulevard between 172nd Street to 199 Street
• Continuing underground conduit installation

Lane Closures/Detours

• One northbound or one southbound lane may be closed from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
• A pedestrian detour will be used as needed during concrete work.
