Karma Yoga to Celebrate Grand Opening of Valrico Studio

Residents will have an opportunity to sample yoga classes when Karma Yoga, 4363 Lynx Paw Trail, Valrico, hosts its grand opening celebration Saturday, Nov. 3.

The new studio is inviting residents to tour the facility and meet yoga instructors Erin Tracy, Tina Tidwell and Carolyn Norris at 9 a.m. and then enjoy complimentary yoga classes at 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. with a special kids yoga class at 12:30 p.m.

In between Robeks of Plaza Bella will be on hand with smoothie samples.

The new yoga studio offers beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga classes Monday through Friday including Yin yoga, vinyasa flow, ashtanga and yoga for strength classes.
