Man Found Dead in Riverview House Fire
Hillsborough County Fire Rescue responded to an overnight fire in Riverview, where first responders found a man dead in one of the bedrooms. His daughter, who lived next door, placed the 911 call, according to the report.

A man was found dead in his Riverview home today, March 29, after his alert daughter, who lived next door, called 911 with a report that flames were showing at 10323 Cone Grove, according to a Hillsborough County Fire Rescue report.
Firefighters arriving at around 3 a.m. found the home "fully involved in flames" and "quickly attacked the fire from different directions," according to the report.
A primary search was performed, then a secondary search minutes later, "while the house was still burning." During this second search "fire rescue crews found an adult male in one of the bedrooms deceased."

The report notes that the fire was completely extinguished in about 20 to 25 minutes.

The 6:46 a.m. report notes that investigators were on the scene conducting an investigation. The cause of the fire had not yet been determined.
