THE EXERCISE COACH TO OFFER ONE PERSON TRAINING Are you afraid to go back to the gym but are missing your workouts? At The Exercise Coach we are currently only training ONE PERSON at a time in our clean, private studio and, as always, by appointment only. See how they are making sure you stay safe and strong at the same time.

• Only one person training at a time.
• Our coaches are wearing face covers at all times.
• We are running a medical grade air purifier.
• We are a Microshield 360 certified location- we've applied a coat of Microshield 360 to all surfaces. This product corrupts the integrity of viruses and bacteria keeping surfaces safe for a year.
• We clean all machines in between each customer
• Face coverings required. We offer face shields
