Take A Swing At The Red Reef Jr. Golf Classic

The City of Boca Raton and the Greater Boca Raton Beach and Park District are hosting the Red Reef Jr. Golf Classic on Sunday, November 10 at Red Reef Executive Golf Course. The course is an Executive style 9-hole par-3 with four par-3 holes ranging from 64 to 125 yards and five par-4's ranging from 165 to 225 yards in length.

This free event is limited to the first 36 qualified* Junior Golfers who register. (*Each Junior Golfer is to have their own set of clubs and have competed in at least one tournament). Check-in begins at 11:45am with a shotgun start at 1pm.

The tournament is divided into three age groups and five divisions:

• Ages 6-7 Co-Ed
• Ages 8-9 Boys & Girls
• Ages 10-12 Boys & Girls

Awards and gift bags will be provided to tournament participants. Parents may walk with their children at no charge. The deadline to register is Monday, November 4 at 5pm. Pre-register here.

Tournament participants and parents are able to get a special one-hour "Behind the Scenes" VIP Tour of Gumbo Limbo Nature Center on Saturday, November 9 at 10:30am. Space is limited to the first 25 children and parents. Upon completing registration for the tournament, please call Susan at 561-367-7024 to register for the tour.
