“As local restaurants pit their secret sangria recipes against one another, a panel of judges will select the winners of the ‘Best Red’, ‘Best White” and ‘Best Custom’ sangrias,” said Katrina Bellemare, Executive Director of the Family Partnership Center. She continues, “But the most sought after honor of the evening is the ‘Peoples’ Choice Award,’ which is voted on by all attendees.”
The event will feature signature sangrias and delicious appetizers from Goodfellas Café & Winery, Renaissance on 9th, Riverside Waterfront Deck, Beach House Restaurant, Wolves Head Pizza, Seahut, Bonefish Grill, Pier 22, and more. This year’s judges include Matt Bower, Susie Bowie, Dave Minton and Carol Prokap.

Bellemare states, “Last year’s event surpassed our expectations, packing the venue with over 200 people and raising nearly $5,000 for the Center. We think this year’s event will be even better. We’ve moved to a larger venue and added additional entertainment for the evening. This event is not something you’ll want to miss.”
